50 Cent Involved in “Serious” Car Crash Incident (Photo)

50 Cent got into a bad car accident last night in Queens! 50 was driving on the Long Island Expressway and got hit by a MAC truck… 50′s SUV flipped a few times. 50 and the truck driver were immediately rushed to the hospital.
